BDS movement is against the current policy/regime that allows settlers to build on Palestinian land whisle denying equal opportunity and rights in Israel to Arab citizens. Itis against the occupation of Palestine and the ongoing violations of Human Rights that Israel chooses not to address. Many Jews, both within and outside Israel, support BDS. as an inernational university student in australia, i saw this whole anti-israel thing in universities first hand, and it wasn't in just one uni, it was in most of them, the arabs are literally taking over, with huge protests going on at least once a month in the cities. The saddest thing, was listening to half of these arabs go on about israel, most of them didn't even know what they were talking about, completely made things up, and none of them had ever even stepped foot in israel. the few Christian arabs i had met who had been to israel (especially the lebanese) absolutely loved israel and respect us. The amount of times i saw these arabs and other anti-israel protesters screaming at jews walking past, or cursing and arguing and insulting respectable jewish uni lecturers to their faces, broke my heart, especially when these teachers showed unconditional respect to all students equally. And australia is a place which supposedly prides itself on multi-culturalism. Even many products i have seen here which are israeli, like beauty/dead sea products and jewellery, many people will not buy. But many people here are unaware of what things are really like in israel. Although we in israel know that arabs have lied through the media and their propaganda over the years and have really exagerated things because they know they will get more attention from the world, the world only knows what they see on the news, and many news agencies overseas, don't even show our side the way it really it

The killings and the aggression were the sins of both sides to the dispute long before the occupation, but I agree with you that the occupation will intensify boycott activity and maybe, as a result, cause Israelis to think more intelligently about the evils of occupation.
