When politicians speak you have to read between the lines. What OBAMA really meant to say was that the US is much dumber and cannot even identify the enemy is Muslim. A Department of Homeland Security that targets everyone but the terrorists. They just let 3 in from Pakistan while searching old grandma and the baby in diapers. A dumbed down nation that elected a foll to lead them off the cliff.

If the United States is so strong...why is it he takes money from the program that is supposed to provide food and housing for the elderly. He's obviously going to write an IOU to Social Security for $750 Billion dollars after raiding the fund. And you guessed it...we the taxpayers are going to pay the bill with interest. I guess if you are bankrupt....and knock over old ladies and steal their Social Security check....then you are a strong nation. You can face danger.....and get out of the way of old ladies hand bags...as they are swung at your head.....after you rip the old lady off.

What makes it so much worse is the building of a 9/11 victory mosque at sacred Ground Zero to honor Islam at the place where our cherished 3,000 were slaughtered without mercy by the followers of Islam. And that THOUSANDS of inhuman Palestinian Authority Muslims celebrated with great joy the murders of our 3,000. PA Muslims danced in the streets, passed out candies and fired into the air. The same people who demand a Muslim state inside tiny Israel. A Muslim terror state and a victory mosque at Ground Zero is the greatest betrayal of all. Obama, NYC officials and New York Mayor Bloomberg are excessively eager to honor Islam with a victory mosque at Ground Zero. They DON’T care that they are sending a very dangerous message to every Muslim terrorist organization on earth that if they carry out a huge attack on America, America will honor Islam with a victory mosque at the place where they mass slaughtered Americans. Muslim terrorists around the world must be lining up to attack America so that they too, can be honored with a victory mosque.

Who went to war in Iraq and Afghanistan without giving one thought as to how to pay for these follies. Did the US citizens even ask this question? No war bonds were sold, no war tax was invoked (I think there was even tax breaks under Bush), and a great majority of army jobs was outsourced to sub contractors at price gouging prices - ask Dick Cheney whose ex company benefited greatly. These two wars have costs of anywhere between 2 to 3 trillion dollars. As you Repulicans are used to say "there are no free lunches", so suck it up and stop blaming Obama for everything-his mistakes are his but the Republican administration has to carry the brunt of the mismanagement.

Regardless of the merits of invading Iraq and Afghanistan (Certainly arguable, especially Iraq), the financial burden of these wars, indeed, the whole "War on Terror" was just allowed to become debt without any taxation to deal with it all. Add this to the fact that the crash was caused by an utter lack of regulation in the financial markets (a decades long process pioneered by Reagan & Thatcher et. al.) and you have a recipe for disaster.
