Everyone knows that Iran is a peace loving country that only wants peace and prosperity for the Middle East, as long as their Middle East includes the complete annihilation of Israel, Iranian control of the entire region, and the crippling, if not outright destruction, of the United States. They have never gone after the US on home soil before and if they did what was their motive to all of a sudden decide to hit the US? The war on terror had not yet began Bush hadn't said a word about Iran, there were no economic sanctions or anything.
