They seem to believe that they have the right to try anybody for any reason they want, no matter where the incident took place or when for that matter.

the same for the japanese, who also occupied quite an area, during the second world war. it has to be forbidden that a people who hurts, occupies (a part of) another country/people has to face the consequencies, repercussions by (international)law, justice etc.

Thanks to the Italian court decision a Greek case was opened too against Nazi atrocities that were commited by Nazis in 1943-44 in Greece. Germans remain Germans in their denial to pay reperations even today. Long live Israel.

Here is a country (Germany), that has not only apologized for her crimes, but also paid for it with billions....that no other country has done. Now you have one of the country that participated in the very crimes that she is accusing the other of committing and wants money...that is a joke if there can be such a thing. Both Greece and Italy are being saved by the very country they are going after. If I were Germany, I would simply let Greece and Italy fend for them self's, no more bailouts!
