I have been to both Turkey and Israel and Turkey is a backward heap and Israel is a modern first world country.

Apparently turkey is unable to operate Israeli made Heron drones used to fight kurdish freedom fighters and at present has no functioning unmanned aerial vehicles due to ''technical problems'' according to an israeli news site. Turkey isn't known for the prowess of it's scientists and by all accounts they wont be producing their own 'albert einstein' anytime soon! In view of turkish hosility to Israel i suggest that nothing is done to remedy this situation. Whatever the turks manage to come up with will certainly be technologically inferior to cutting edge Israeli hardware. For a country that has such a blood soaked history turkey's new found 'compassion' for the downtrodden should be viewed with the contempt it deserves. The arabs though are ideal bedfellows for the 'proud turks' and on any human rights index can also be found right at the bottom of the barrel along with the rest of the islamic world.

Now I realize this whole thing is part of a massive PR campaign by the Arab/Muslim world. It clicked when I read King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and his remarks. They were almost a verbatim comment of what Erdogan had said just hours earlier. Even using the same phrase as Erdogan "That all critizism of Israel is labeled antisemitic", presumably in order to stifle legitimate debate. Of course that's nonsense. But that's not my point. Then we heard KIng Abdullah refer to Israel as "Aggressive" to quote the King here: "Israel ostracized over aggressive policies" Then I understood what was happening. Here in the USA we have a 2 party system. Every day the RNC and the DNC send out what's called "TALKING POINTS MEMOS". It's done to keep the politicians "On Message". Now the Pals stated last week they were starting there PR push for the bid at the UN. Naturally all 57 Muslim countries (or at least most) want to support this. Now I see the method to Erdogan apparent madness. But Israel, saw this coming. That's why Israel adopted the stay silent approach. Israel DID NOT take the bait. fall into the trap the Arab world was setting up. So while Turkey has threatened Israel through press releases 3 times in just the last 4 days, Israel said nothing. With the exception of Lieberman. Now when the Arabs state Israel is aggressive it looks silly, Because they've said nothing to provoke Turkey. They have simply stuck by their long standing statement of not apoligizing to Turkey. Meanwhile Turkey continues to threaten then retract statements. Now Israel is falsely accused of being aggressive. The Arabs think they can fool the Western Media and the people. They think were suckers, easy to manipulate, like their people. So they send out "TALKING POINTS" to the various Arab/Muslim leaders. Hoping to keep them "On Message", and falsely vilify Israel. But they will find it won't work. Why? Because Israel is not hated (63% favorable rating in the Gallop poll), and the people in the West haven't been been fed a steady diet, of Israel hatred, and Jew Hatred.
