I dont get it. Why the rebuke from the MDA? Why can't they work hand in hand to save lives?
In the UK as well as the US, there are Hatzalah organisations who work in tandem with the local ambulance services and respective hospitals. On Shabbat, holidays, day and night, 24/7 etc..
The phones are manned (in the UK) by Jewish people. The ambulances are manned by non Jewish people but driven by the Hatzalah members.
Saving a life is 'docheh' Shabbat in any part of the world!
Please - Both of you - get your acts together and carry on the wonderful work you are doing to save lives. It's not a business so why slag off each other!

The creator could have made them ill a day earlier or after, but he doesn't. We should obey the creator's will and observe shabbat instead.

are u crazy? if someone is dying on any day of the week including shabbat u have to save them even if that means your being mechallel shabbat (not observing sabbath). Thats why all hatzoloh branches in the world work 24/7
