zichron   (09.20.11)
This gives one hope that there is some derech eretz and sanity in some of the authentic religious and commend ynet for running the story even if the reasons may be political the mitzvah still stands.
3. Where the mistake started
moriah ,   sacramento usa   (09.20.11)
Sharon used the IDF to throw Jews out of their homes and it's been down hill from there...The IDF is not and should not be used for partisan politics. But the powers that be wield that power by dividing the people.Big mistake..
4. Effect of "price tag" is to galvanize Jewish public.
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.20.11)
"Price tag" is a bigger success than many would like to admit. The Israeli public had become apathetic as we vote for one supposedly right wing patriotic government after another; only to see it implement the reviled policies of the rejected left. "Price tag" activities changed the dynamic in two important ways. First of all, it made the authorities realize there WOULD be opposition to betraying the Israeli electorate time after time. As intended, it served notice on Israel's leaders that a price would be exacted for perfidy. Secondly, it is galvanizing the Israeli public out of their apathy. Israelis are becoming increasingly more right wing and patriotic and less willing to put up with betrayal. Price tag is playing no small role in this positive change.
5. BIG ISRAEL, Shalom, True Salam for Arab/Muslim neighbours.

6. what price tag activities
Jerry ,   israel   (09.20.11)
all I've heard about were childish pranks. What did they so slash some tires and write some grafiti. Give me a break. they did practically nothing and the media is making a big deal out of it.
7. I am a settler: I agree w/Rav Meidan
Z Lando ,   Tekoa, Israe   (09.20.11)
I have lived in Tekoa now 28 years. Never have we taken the law in our own hands. Those doing so are deeply mistaken.
8. There are no "settlers". The are Jews in the Jewish homeland
Alexander ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (09.21.11)
And I agree with the Rabbis that Jews should not fight against the IDF. But Jewish civilians and IDF should fight shoulder to shoulder against the Arabs and drive them out of Judea, Samaria and later on Gaza. When that is done - Judea, Samaria and Gaza should be annexed. Since synagogues have been attacked thousands of times by Moslems, I see no problem in Jews attacking mosques - considering the fact that mosques preach Jew hatred. Tolerance yes - but with moderation. There can never be any tolerance for foreigners and non-Jews trying to destroy us as a nation nor can there be any tolerance for Arab/Moslem presence in Israel nor Arab/Moslem claims to the land of Israel nor any tolerance for Arab/Moslem rewriting of 4000 years of Jewish history nor can there be any tolerance for written, spoken, expressed or violent anti-Semitism no matter if it is in the mosque or on the streets. I believe it is a good sign that Jews are finally waking up and taking things into their own hands and creating deterence against the Arabs. The "settlers" are simply doing IDF's and the government's job. But attacking IDF is plain wrong - on that point I fully agree - that behavior is unacceptable and must be punished.
