31. He is a serious as cancer
The Big Show ,   Yahud   (09.25.11)
because that's what is he. Everything Erdbert saying is absurd, and hypocrisy. Turkey which has killed millions in ethnic genocides, and continues to today! Ahmadinjad's multiplying. Never give them water, or feed them after midnight! But it shows us basically where Turkey lies: Islamists. Since he is acting this way for attention from the Arab ME, it also shows us how Arabs perceive the conflict. Blah Blah Blah. Israel Israel Israel. Horns. Tail. Hooves. Red tighties.. Really all in your ignorant heads. From Iran to Turkey, to Egypt, to the UK, to NYC and LA Islamists are much more bold than they used to be. They need to suffer another humiliating 67 defeat to put them all back into line. And the West for it's part needs to start standing up to Islamists and stop enabling them, eg, byallowing advisers from the Moslem Brotherhood to serve in the highest govt' institutions, such as the White House. .
32. Israel belligerence
DrObserver ,   Mexico City, Mexico   (09.25.11)
The mystery is why Israeli citizens seem to have no sense of what they have done, and continue to do, to the people who occupied the land before they pushed them out by military force. No sense of fairness, humanity, or humility. None.
33. "The aggressor"
mick ,   wellington nz   (09.25.11)
Israel is clearly "The aggressor" in the area and in this situation in particular. A withdrawal to the 1967 borders is the only legal solution .
34. this guy is insane
rachel ,   usa   (09.25.11)
35. Guess Why?
Fenasikerim ,   Tampa US   (09.25.11)
Would it be Turkish Armed Forces you think? : Fit for military service 17,664,510 (2010 est.) males ??? How in the hell israel can mess with a giant country like Turkey??? Are you out of your mind? Don't cry if you wake up a giant and don't ever think they would give a flying about your lions because last time around cypriots learned a very hard lesson :)
36. israel/turkey
gid tanner ,   albany usa   (09.25.11)
what a shame that the Israeli people are being mislead by a gang of criminals who do not really want peace but want only to settle on more Palestinian land and to stall negotiations .Many Israelis actually want peace and coexistence with Palestinians but are overruled by the religious extremists orthodox jews who welcome war . Who can blame the Turks for loosing patience with trhe cynical israeli leadership .
37. Look at this piece of garbage
Oleg ,   USA   (09.25.11)
Erdogan! Look at all of them! It is clear, that they've lined up prepare for war. When Israel deceived Turkey? Piece of rotten sh*t. Even the rocket fire is OK for this jobanqj urod. Israel has to support Kurds in their struggle for independance. Turkey has to be turned apart and become a small piece of nothing. there will be much less stinkey air in th world.
38. erdogan full of it
mohson   (09.25.11)
erdogan-you are full of merde. You lie, attack, you repeat rubbish from your advisors. You are full of it.
39. wrong question
KeRbErOs ,   USA   (09.25.11)
the real question should be "what is the ratio of Kurds (those who are Kurdish origin and live in Turkey as Turkish citizen) killed by PKK to the ratio of total death resulted from PKK's attacks on Turkish soil". If you research, you'll find a number close to 80 percent.
40. sorry, your wish will not be granted
KeRbErOs ,   USA   (09.25.11)
when your congress, senate and house is hijacked by those who are more loyal to Israel than they are to their country.
41. correction to your terminology
KeRbErOs ,   USA   (09.25.11)
Turkey does not aim slaughter Kurds. It fights against terrorist who happen to be of Kurdish origin, and they deserve many times over what they get (they even have foreign nationals among them, hired by Ocalan/Karayilan some time ago). Turks, Kurds, Lazs, etc, they all live in Turkey. They are all brothers and will be that way forever, no matter how hard foreign elements try to change it.
42. Military Turkey is Israel equal on many levels.
David ,   Chigwell   (09.25.11)
The Turkey Navy out match the Israelis by a heavy margin, and Turkey would win a Navy conflict between the two nations, according to every analyst I have seen. The only chance the Israelis would have in a navy confrontation would be the America sixth fleet, to come in a stand between the two sides. But all it would take for it to be stopped or at list heavily crippled is for the Egyptians to find a reason to shut down the Suez canal off and the fleet could well be stuck in the Arabian Gulf. The Turkish Air force is not to be trifle with either, it is as least equal to the Israelis. An on top of this Israel would be asking America to choose between is missile defence shield, which is has not only spent enormous economical capital on but political capital on building over the last few years. When dealing Turkey, a democratic country, a Nato member, an a fairly wealthy country, Israel has few cards at its hand to play, and no aces to play.
43. LYING SOB. Scrap iron to make rockets can hardly
Harry Wright ,   UK   (09.25.11)
be described as humanitarian aid. How come there were fatalities ONLY on the Turkish vessel? Huh?
44. We have a new Hitler
Albert Soued ,   Miami FL   (09.25.11)
Erdocan treating Israel with war in international water if israel still making the embargo of Gaza ,not apologising for the flotilla and not paying the damage for the death.it is like Hitler deja vu with Poland

48. He is my new hero
John Anderson ,   Livermore, CA. USA   (09.25.11)
Finally, a world leader who says it like it is! I wish Obama would do the same, since one of those nine killed was an American citizen. Go Erdogan!
49. Talk, talk, talk
Iranian jew ,   La   (09.25.11)
Talkis cheap. Your actions, sir, gives us no doubt that you are not a friend. The problem is the Cyprus oil that you will not get. Stop making other excuses! Either attack or shut your useless mouth.
50. Bibi is wise not to answer this guy
Iranian Jew ,   La   (09.25.11)
All he wants is attention and Bibi has taken that away from him. Good strategy! Keep quite and do what you need to do without exposing yourself. Keep gussing, Bibi! He is nothing but a talk show.
51. Keep talking down to Israel
jerry k ,   cherry hill   (09.25.11)
Erdogan keeps making it impossible to reconcile the differences between Turkey and Israel. He is soon going to reach the point of no return. I'm sure a great many people in Turkey are in disagreement with him. Unless Turkey has already turned into a dictatorship he could be turned out of office. Let's hope.
52. Erdogan says Israel will be isolated from her neighbors
Arnold ,   Canada   (09.25.11)
At this time the only trade relationship Israel has is with Egypt. I am not sure how much trade is done with Jordon. None with Syria, Lebanon, Yemen , Tunis ,Saudia Arabia, Baharain , or Kuwait. And Israel is surviving. If these countries would not be hateful I am sure they would do well having an economic relation with Israel. It is their loss.
53. Turks should listen to Voltaire
moishe ,   usa   (09.25.11)
Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities. Voltaire French author, humanist, rationalist, & satirist (1694 - 1778)
54. Tell me who your friends are, & I'll tell you who you are...
Ozraeli ,   Australia   (09.25.11)
Man, oh man... The lovefest cacophony from Middle Eastern "leaders" is getting louder & louder-a sure sign that Israel is doing SOMETHING RIGHT! The old saying: "Tell me who your friends (enemies) are, & I'll tell you who you are" still stands true. With enemies like Abbas, Erdogan, AchtungBabyDinnerjacket, Nasrallalalalah & the raving, ranting barbarian lunatics of Hezbollah & Hamas, I think Israel is in some pretty elite company! I think the quote from "House" was: "Only (Dr) Greg House can get people so upset, angry, & frustrated-but he is almost always right..." Think of Israel as the grain of sand creating a pearl inside the bottom feeding, sewage sucking oyster of the Middle East. As for merely acceding to the "legitimate demands for regional integration" of Israel's "peace seeking neighbours", after which Israel will be accepted with love, joy, chocolate, & flowers ... I ascribe to Groucho Marx's eternal riposte: "I wouldn't want to be a member of a club that would have me!" Loud & proud, baby. LOUD & PROUD.
55. How about the Armenian Genocide ?
kadim   (09.25.11)
56. Can Turkey be trusted?
Anadelfos ,   Athens Greece   (09.25.11)
I really doubt about it. Concerning Armenia, Turkey didn't find the courage to apologize for the state-oriented massacre of 1,5 million people.A honest administration would not hesitate to admit it. Concerning the Kurds ,we see the same old story, where one step is going forward and two backwards. Concerning Cyprus, we see nothing more than continous threats, which remind us , Hitler's theory about vital space.Who remembers Suditia? Concerning Bulgaria and Greece, we face a sly penetration, through the national muslim minorities, which are trying to ease turkish presence. However the Turks made a serious mistake, by revealing us ,their long-term intentions, through mr Davutoglu's book. Now we know and there is no excuse for inertia. The deterioration of turkish-israeli relations, was a primary turkish goal which would enable them to gain popularity in Middle East. Concerning Palestinians, their supposed to be solidarity,is a fake one. What they really care about is the GAS wells, and the dollars which accompany it. After all these incidents , would somebody wonder if Turkey can be trusted?
57. Like a fish on a hook he comes and brings the turkeys
with him. headlong ,   into disaster, 4told   (09.25.11)
58. No Need to Respond
Daniel   (09.25.11)
That's what they expect you to do, so they can drag the issue even further. Best to simply ignore them.
59. How about 57 Muslim countries vs 1 tiny Jewish
Robert ,   NY USA   (09.25.11)
Does Erdogen think history started when he was born? And what cruelty from Israel? Israel want to take over Mecca and push all the Muslims in the sea? Israel fires rockets and terrorizes Muslim countries for this goal? Erdogan is full of it!
60. ERDOGAN SOUNDS MORE AND MORE LIKE AHMADINEJAD
Maurice ,   Montreal   (09.25.11)
Specially when he starts using the Holocaust in his idiotic arguments. I am quite convinced, if he continues like this, he will end up isolating Turkey completely from the western world.
