Send all the police, judges and prosecutors home. If murderers don't have to serve their sentences then there is no point in arresting, trying and imprisoning anyone. Empty our prisons and send the guards home. There are more than enough bananas for everyone in our advanced post-modern country.

I have a better idea, good old capital punishment. Once terrorists are captured with blood on their hands, quick trail and execution.
