It's ridiculous to think it's the US who wants to attack Iran (and is somehow manipulating Israel to do it.) The US is winding down (or at least trying to) three wars in the ME. It doesn't want a fourth. It is Israel that is shaking in its boots about the prospect of Iran having a nuclear weapon (Israel thinks only it can have nukes in the region. It's much easier to bully others when you have the potential to destroy them.) In essence, Israel is like a mad dog and the US is holding the leash.
