Rick Perry is the word President. HaShem thinks he is suitable to be a US President. That is the opinion that counts. Having the word President in the matrix puts a person in the running for the office and a chance of winning. Many who have not won the nomination or election have the word President in their matrix that was written into Scriptures from the foundation of the world. Rick Perry is man enough for the job to HaShem and so are a lot of others.
