9. ALL funerals in Israel are paid for by Bituach Leumi
Israeli citizen ,   Israel   (11.09.11)
The National Insurance agency (Bitual Leumi) pays for all of the funerals in Israel - for every citizen. Therefore the Israeli taxpayer will not be paying anything more for Mr. Ben Artzi's funeral than for anyone else.

11. #1 & #10 - Pointless
David N. ,   Haifa, ISRAEL   (11.09.11)
Your comment that "the truth is oft times ugly" is a compleat non sequitur, and darn sophomoric. A son of Israel has died. Family who loved him are mourning. Be graceful.
12. Take it away, No1
Joe ,   London, UK   (11.09.11)
Please...even at this time, a crtical comment.?! Yes, you send your condolences but why such a headline?! Hamakom ......
13. In-laws
Baruch ,   Marin County, CA   (11.09.11)
Typical ironic In-law story: The PM of Israel becomes the caretaker of a man who wished he had never left the yeshiva, because the real world is so scary. The irony of this is as rich as it gets.
14. on the one hand all of you are correct re:#1 on the other...
Avi ,   Haifa   (11.09.11)
what are you all belly aching about? I recognize many of your names as the very same ones who quickly rush out make inappropriate comments when a left winger dies. So either stop being hypocrites and suck it up or better yet to all of you and to #1: your comments are idiotic and supercilious and just plumb ridiculous...enough from all of you!
15. Shmuel Ben-Artzi
Hanna K., ,   Oak Park, MI   (11.09.11)
My condolences to the Ben-Artzi and Netanyahu families. Mr. Ben-Artzi's truth and vision should be a guide to all of us in this time of uncertainty.

17. Condolences
Lily ,   USA   (11.10.11)
Dear Sara, Bibi, and the boys, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dear father and grandpa. Shmuel seemed like a beautiful, sensitive, talented, and thoughtful person and I know he will be dearly missed. May he rest peacefully in the loving arms of God for all eternity. God bless you all, you are in my prayers. Bibi, we love you so much! Please know how many millions of us all over the world are praying for you during this rough time. God Bless.
18. Sincere condolences
Rieana ,   Niue Island   (11.12.11)
to both families of Benjamin and Sarah Netanyahu. I am sure all related costs would be paid for by the family and not to the Israeli taxpayers...if so, then why not, no doubt he was a worthy citizen!!
