This was actually part of Iran's training program for suicide bombers. Khameini has declared that they want experienced suicide bomber with at least 10successful mission before they send them to Israel.

Look, if you want your watch fixed you go to a German. If you want robots who are only good at blowing themselves up you need to go to Gaza or the West Bank. If they can not handle some conventional arms safely how can they operate nuclear facilities safely? (even if they were only "for peaceful purpose") Nuclear power for energy or otherwise is dangerous in the hands of Iranians for the world and for their own people. This was a small proof.

No, I dont believe any stories until it has been looked into most carefully. That amunition was probably left in the hands of some Iranian kids, young inexperienced soldiers.
