1. It's a Jewish country all right, but if we want to avoid
tom ,   tel aviv   (12.08.11)
Paris/Londonistan/Copenhagen-type of situation, where even the police doesn't want to enter the muslim predominant quarters we have to choke this sickness in it's craddle. There's no room for discussions, or any "compromises". The Pious Lunatics must conform or else we, the sane ones shall have to leave our own coutry!
2. With or without Egged, there is something very wrong with ...
Keren ,   IL-BR   (12.08.11)
...the traffic in Yerushalaim: it is unsufferable! One must have thought that a smart Jewish mayor would do a great job by introducing that new tram to the city,by rationalizing the traffic, but what we have seen ,as of now, is a chaos!(except, and only except, where that tram runs) Lamentable!Very lamentable!
3. The 10 Commandments
Moshe ,   Jerusalem   (12.08.11)
This is one of the 10 commandments "Thou shalt destroy property that belongs to tax payers"
4. buses on Meah Shearim Street are dangerous
observer   (12.08.11)
Buses travelling through Meah Shearim Street is an extremely dangerous situation and always has been. The street was simply never designed for it. There are bus stops at each end of the street, within 5 to 10 minutes' walk from any point, so the few stops along its length unnecessarily put lives at risk. The Sakrikin have another agenda, but any responsible municipality would prohibit that sort of traffic.
5. tom Compromise makes nations ..

great and marriages happy.Sane people know that.
6. What a jock!
Jew1 ,   Ashdod   (12.08.11)
The bus needs protection to enter the "most holy" place in Israel? Too much religion and too much of empty time on their hand has turned them in to gangsters. Wow! Now they don't listen to their rabbi and not to our police!! And it is so clear they use god to spread their violence and fear. They are no different from Taliban in Afghanistan and must be crushed before this disease spreads and becomes controllable
7. #4. I agree completely
Howie ,   Munster, IN   (12.09.11)
What nonsense about the people suffering from the lack of Egged Buses in their neighborhood, which, I think, is about 100 m x 500 m total. Someone is looking for a confrontation and an accident.
8. Stay and fight
Yehoshua Friedman ,   Kochav Hashachar IL   (12.11.11)
I am religious and right-wing politically and probably disagree with you about quite a number of issues, but I am going to give those people I disagree with some advice. Take it or leave it. 1. Be loyal to living here, otherwise no one will take you seriously. 2. Make coalitions with all kinds of people on each issue. Otherwise you get marginalized and isolated. 3. Have lots of kids even at the expense of your standard of living. Otherwise you will be a very small minority in a number of years.
