13. Time for a refresher on the law about Jewish settlement
It seems to me that so many Israel haters have shouted that settlements are "illegal according to international law" for so long that even Israel's government ministers and lawyers are beginning to believe it.Well,it's A LIE.
The only law currently operative is still the Palestine Mandate which gave Jews the right to settle in ALL parts of the Mandate,including 'the West Bank'.No amount of blustering,hot air or resolutions at either the General Assembly or the Security Council at the UN can change that because its own Charter prevents it from making any changes to THAT international law.
It's time to stand up for Jewish rights and stop apologizing.
