the least appropriate term to be used! Yes it will drag on for years, yes there are too many people suing (too high financial losses for the responsible parties) for the "truth" to come out. Then again, working in a radiated enviroment begs the question: What Were You Thinking ????!!!

It's a nuclear power plant, so people would normally expect problems and in general would try to stay away from it. Of course the people in charge might have been able to talk people into things that they wouldn't normally do.
