If Israel is to strike a negotiated deal with the Arab countries - the Arab countries must take in to account recent history in which the Egyptians in which the 1967 peace agreements were completely torn up. There must be some way to enforce egypts side of the agreement.

Yes, there was a clause in the Peace agreement signed between Israel and Egypt that Israel would give the Palestinians "Full Autonomy" .. actually it was ironic because the Egyptians said "autonomy" and Menachim Begin insisted it be "Full Autonomy"

The only reason they don't today is their own hubris. The peace accord with Egypt only stipulated that the options be followed, which is what happened in 1994 with the Oslo Accords. It did not demand massive concessions by Israel at the whim of Arabs. Arafat basically broke their obligation when he admitted the Oslo Accords were a stepped process to destroy Israel. Then again in 2000 with the failed intifada, and since 2007 with Hamas declaring illegal war on Israel and committing daily war crimes. This peace accord does not negate Israel's existence nor take away Jewish self-determination.
