Those that break the law repeatedly, those who perform racist acts repeatedly deserve to be the subject of a witch hunt and deserve punishment. The hill top youth too often break the law and show disrespect to their neighbors and to the law enforcers. Every time someone tries to enforce the law, an absurd article like this is published. Neither the right, nor the left should be allowed to break the law. Neither the right nor the lft should be allowed to perform racist acts. If the country were a little tighter with the enforcement there would be much less of this type of vandalism or the feeling that people ewho behave outside the law, get away with it.
