Israels legal system is in serious problems : Traitors in wartime get a seat in the parliament and can almost do whatever they want- on the other hand, the settlers are demonized / bashed continually ! A legal system which allows this is either bankrupt or being kidnapped, which is probably the case here ( by Israels left )

I despise greatly Zoabi's action and am opposed wholeheartedly to her agenda. But, we live in a democratic state and her action -- though reprehensible -- is not illegal. All these voices in the Talkback section calling for curtailing our democratic rights are the real threats to Israel. I suggest you go read our Declaration of Independence and see what it says about freedom of expression and minority rights.

She took an oath when she joined the Knesset - what did she do, have her fingers crossed behind her back?? She is accepting a salary from a government post, she is a traitor and should be thrown out of the Knesset.

I do not know the full facts of the case. Has Zoabi ever advocated violent action against Israel? If so , she should be in jail. Anything less than this is difficult to outlaw in a democracy.
