Peace can only be acheived when israel abides by international law and withdraws its soldiers and settlers from all occupied Palestinian land. There is no deception.

Under the 1920 League of Nations mandate for Palestine, Israel has legal title to what is now all of the West Bank and Jerusalem. This law supercedes all further UN decisions. Israel even had title to Jordan under this law, before it became a sovereign state. Israeli settlements are not prohibited. The Fourth Geneva Convention prohibits the forcible transfer of civilians into an occupied territory. It was designed to counter cases such as the Nazis deporting German Jews to camps in Poland, or Turkey forcing Anatolian peasants to settle in Northern Cyprus, not individuals moving in willingly. Under the 1920 Mandate, Israel has title to annex any land it sees fit. It has done so with east Jerusalem, so it is legally a part of Israel. Even if Israel gave the Palestinians all of the West Bank and eastern Jerusalem, the Palestinians would not give us peace. They would go on screaming for the "right of return" and the release of terrorists in prison, and use that as an excuse for more terrorism.

All you gotta do is read the Mandate. It says "the establishment in Palestine of a national home (not even a State) for the Jewish people." Nowhere does it say "in all of Palestine," or "in the whole of Palestine," and as you will understand if you have a minimal command of the English language, any national home of any size established within Palestine would be a "national home in Palestine." Also, your claim that Transjordan was also awarded to the Jews is yet another lie you've been told. The Transjordan memorandum, which was passed by the Council of the League of Nations on September 16, 1922, specifically excluded Transjordan from Jewish settlement.

To those who have been deceived by Pali propaganda, the truth is that there was no such thing as 'Palestinian' Arabs until the late 1960s. Yassar Arafat took a rabble of originally Trans-Jordanian refugees that Israel ALLOWED to settle on Israeli land as a humanitarian gesture because their own country rejected them, and RENAMED them 'Palestinian' in the hopes that eventually dupes like you would believe that they were the aboriginal inhabitants. Archaeological evidence proves that the Jewish people were in Israel thousands of years ago and have always maintained a Jewish presence there despite campaigns of genocide -- mostly by the Arabs -- as recently as the 20th century. (Check out Hebron massacre) Those of you who think the Jews 'stole' the Fakestinian lands should read some history and look at the archaeological evidence. Or look at what the Palis themselves say, such as what the Palestinian General Zuheir Mohsain said in a interview with Trouw magazine in 1977: ..."There is no such thing as the Palestinian people...we only say that to oppose the Jews..."

Jewish ownership of Judea and Samaria is an established legal fact acknowledged by countless international law scholars including Eugene Rostow, author of U.N. Resolution 242. As you may know, MK Danny Ayalon posted a youtube video on the basic facts about Jewish ownership of Judea and Samaria. Ayalon has challenged "Palestinian" leaders to a public debate on the issue. Nobody in the entire P.A. has the courage to debate Ayalon. Do you?

Article 22 of the Covenent of the League of Nations CLEARLY and DISTINCTLY states that it's objective is to create NATIONAL STATES. You need to learn to read. And yes it does in fact state that the WHOLE of territory is ours and cannot be given to anybody else. It states it in those exact words and you are a liar. Nothing passed of the sort about Transjordan was EVER passed by the Council and you again are a liar.
