There is no known concrete evidence of the First and Second Temple (Herod's renovations are often treated as a Third Temple as they basically resulted in a completely new building) and the two pieces that were claimed to be evidence (Ivory Pomegranate and Jehoash Tablet) were exposed as forgeries. The retaining wall of the platform for the Herodian one is what we see today. However, the actual remains of that Temple were cleared away when the Dome of the Rock was constructed, The stone was most likely reused throughout Jerusalem as is often the case (why quarry new stone when you can just reuse old stone?)
