The Court should not empower itself to be king or god of a Nation. It is the role of Government to govern a nation. As for the fanatics, they need a reeducation. Their treatment of women has nothing do with the Bible. It is all due to fanaticism in darkness. What they need is to know the Light of the world that will enlighten them. They need to know the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob-the Creator of the Heavens and Universe and His bountiful mercy found in the Book of Psalms.

It is way past time for Israel to have a Supreme Court which reflects the centre right orientation of her majority. The Supreme Court must be drastically reformed both as to limiting it's powers and changing it's composiiton. No more Meretz Supreme Courts.

Allowing for the State of Israel being only 63 years old, judgements are unpredictable, each jydge thinks he is Solomon and judgements are akin to those handed at Sodom & Gomorrah.
Time the way judges work is given a thorough review.

11. Dismantle the Supreme Court entirely
Israel should dismantle the Supreme Court entirely. Let the Knesset pass all the laws and be the final arbiter of all things. Complete Israel's transition to a fascist-nationalist state similar to Russia--Lieberman's native country.
