Vanunu spent 11 out of his 18 years in prison in solitary, a long time but they let him out in the end despite the fact he knew some of the countries most valuable military secrets was allowed out of solitary. Terrorists are allowed to mingle and spread their hate. The killers of the Fogal family who have no remorse are not going to get treated as badly as Yigal Amir. Yigal Amir he has been in prison 15 years now and every 6 months he requests to be allowed out of solitary and each time his request is denied using lame excuses like he might spread his ideology. The politicians on all sides are unanimous and have said they are determined that he never leaves prison alive. They even passed a law in the Knesset banning the parole board giving him parole or to recomend his jail time is reduced or pardoned .

He assassinated Rabin and he murdered everything that Israel stood for! Look at the mess we are in now! Oslo, in hindsight might, have been wrong but what he did was a catastrophe! Let him rot!

Unlike western countries and halaka, the state of Israel accepts confessions in capital crimes. This is based on church law: put the guy on the rack, if he confesses it must be true. Moron!

FYI: Modern Israeli Law is based on: 1. Ottoman Turkish Law 2. British Mandatory Law 3. Halacha 4. Israeli Law as passed by the Knesset (1948 to present) No church involvement I swear! See, according to you I may be a Moron but I have this feeling that I am way more learned (and polite) than you.

The fellow that is making the threats is the one that should be in solitary

One of the reasons the laws in this country are because it comes from such a variety of sources some are just outdated. The majority should be new laws made by Israel. Some laws which concern religion should be Halachic. There are also some laws used in biblical times have a practical precident which could very easily applied to modern times and they should be considered. We just need to get rid of laws made by the Ottoman & British empires
