Yair Lapid deserves to be protected, like every law obiding citizen of Israel. Only one law needs to apply, the Civil Law of the State. No halacha, no poskim, no batih. No rabbis or individuals to challenge governmental actions, but freedom of speech is fine. A clear and unequivocal Constitution needs to be put out by the Knesset and citizens need to swear allegiance to the State and its constitution, like in America. Hurry up, Knesset.
