1. I hope he got a good salary while he lived <g>

2. LEAVE IRAN ALONE
power4all ,   Toonto Canada   (01.11.12)
LEAVE IRAN ALONE. ITS GOOD TO HAVE POWERFUL NATIONS. EACH COUNTRY HAS ITS OWN RIGHT TO HAVE NUCLEAR POWER. LET USA AND EUROPE GET RID OT ITS ARSENAL FIRST BEFORE ASKING TEHRAN SO.
3. Quoting Richard Silverstein again?
Doug ,   U.S.A.   (01.11.12)
What is wrong with you people?
4. Anti- Israel Blogger's rumor
Shalom Freedman ,   Jerusalem Israel   (01.11.12)
The blogger who cited an anonymous Mossad source is an anti- Israel extreme Leftist. Why he is quoted here as a credible source?
5. monkeyface said he would "wipe Israel off the face of the

earth." Big words for a monkey.
6. To: No. 2
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.11.12)
Israel has been a nuclear power since the 1960s, and has yet to use that power, or even threaten to use it, despite several subsequent wars in which Israel could have deployed a nuclear option. Iran, on the other hand, has issued endless rhetoric of destroying the "Zionist entity." Forgive us, but Israelis tend to take such existential threats rather seriously. Keep in mind as well that Iran has been arming Hamas and Hezbollah for decades. Every country does NOT have a right to have nuclear weapons (note the distinction between nuclear power and nuclear weapons). Rogue nations such as Iran, or Syria, must never be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons, or any other weapon of mass destruction. Moreover, there is a practical reason as well. The entire country of Iran basically sits atop major fault lines, and severe earthquakes are the rule rather than the exception. Do we need a disaster of the scale of Chernobyl or Fukushima?
7. Covert war
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (01.11.12)
I don't think that this will prevent Iran from developing (and using) the bomb.
8. I like Benny Gantz
Henry from New York ,   USA   (01.11.12)
He has style. What I don't like though is quoting of some US blogger. Who cares what Richard Silverstein says? His opinion is about as important as mine.
9. #6. Indeed, and as I said to Sjoerd...
Henry from New York ,   USA   (01.11.12)
the purpose of nukes is not to actually use them in anger, but to use them as tool to influence/intimidate other countries. If everyone had them there might be a country whose government is actually crazy enough to use them. Nuclear power can easily lead to development of nuclear weapons. I also remember that Tehran earthquake a few years back which killed thousands on Iranians because of shoddy construction. The nuclear power plant might be built better than your average hovel, but it probably won't fare too well in an earthquake.
10. Dangerous Work
Dan ,   Florida   (01.11.12)
When you commit to use your special knowledge to build weapons of mass destruction to satisfy the goals of an insane political and religious leader, then your life is forfeit. No nation has any "right" to nuclear technology. The radical left talks about "rights" but forgets that along with rights goes RESPONSIBILITIES and Iran is the most irresponsible nation on Earth. This scientist had to die and he most likely knew it. No one should shed a tear.
11. Those who talk don't know. Those who know don't talk.
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (01.11.12)
By now we should be ignoring Silverstein and his "source". His credibility was shot weeks ago when he "exposed" the identity of a prominent Israeli blogger, then was shown to have been duped with false information planted by a friend of that same blogger. Silverstein fell for it without checking the information. No one who really knows what's going on in Israel's secret war is going to be talking to someone like Silverstein.
12. Stop quoting Silverstein. The man is toxic.
Daniel ,   IL   (01.11.12)
13. iran nuclear project
magdi ,   toronto, canada   (01.11.12)
Four Iranian scientists killed in 2 years. 1st; this is terrorism. 2nd; it's pointless, there are dozens of them, it takes years to kill all, assuming no new recruits. 3rd; it's counter productive, Israeli scientists may be targeted. Killing must stop.
14. 13 magdi
alsky ,   Toronto   (01.12.12)
surely you know by now that people are innocent until proven guilty
15. Iran and the anti- Israel blogger
elzeide ,   Buenos Aires   (01.12.12)
There are already many comments asking this: "Quoting Richard Silverstein again? What is wrong with you people?" but I will add one more, as it's hard to understand why does Ynet quote that crazy fanatic.
16. Clinton's remarks show why she's not fit for her position
Raymond in DC ,   Washington, USA   (01.12.12)
When discussing this latest hit, Clinton could have noted that the US will do what it must to stop Iran's nuclear project and left Iran guessing. Or it could have just stated "No comment". Instead, she reassured Iran that the US had nothing to do with this attack. No involvement whatsoever. So she confirmed Khamenei's long-held believe that the US won't do a damn thing to stop Iran.
17. Now, that Obama looks sure to sail through 2012 it really
tom ,   tel aviv   (01.12.12)
makes no difference.... They'll get their beloved nukes. and lots of folks around the world shall die, but then again: maybe that's what it takes to revive the world-economy? -and who said, that we don't need extra radiation in the air in order to advance the Human Race unto the Next Level?
18. #13 the delusional Magdi
Iranian Jew ,   LA   (01.12.12)
No one knows who the identities of the killers are. Don’t jump to conclusions, and stop pointing fingers at Israelis. Iranian politics is very weird. The opposition groups may be doing the killing. The monkeys in charge have a lot of enemies.
