Maybe even their bank accounts could be broken into as well as those of family members. These rookie hackers have caused a lot of disruption, but actual damage is so far rather limited. They are mostly demonstrating the degree of havoc that a half-brained teenager can wreak upon modern economy using off-the-shelf, pirated or free software. The real attacks, by professionals seeking to cause real economic and military damage, are yet to come. Once Israel fortifies its cyber defenses in response to OxOmar, "Nightmare" and other pranksters, we will be prepared for the REAL cyber war of the future.
