Unfortunately you are right on the money. This administration has proved that it will stall until Iran has it's bomb, and then state that there is nothing it can do about it because Iran may use it. Hopefully, the next administration--the one that will take over in 2013--will have the will to do whatever is necessary to prevent Iran from getting it's bomb in the first place.
