A nation that is strong doesn't need to use threats. the fact is that up to its infrastructure, Iran is much more vulnerable, and can be brougth to its knee by targeting for exemple its oil wells, its major dams or comunication center. pratrically in 1 hour, one determined nation can bring iran back to the last century. Any attack by iran on civilian population center, should be met by massive bombing on populatted aera in Iran, and would justify against them the use of non conevnetional weapons.
