Besides what are you going to teach teenagers about sex that they don't already know from porn,internet,erotic novels,movies, etc? Our youth do receive many messages about sex. Many of them conflicting. Parents receive as many conflicting statements, as well. When the Bush admin. cut funding to Comprehensive Sex-Ed programs (teaching safe sex), and promoted the Abstinence-only programs, those states which taught abstinence-only sex had the highest increase in teenage pregnancies.
