we have become the great nation we once were because of the G-d of the Children of Israel. We are falling behind in the worls because we have turned our backs upon this G-d. US military aid is 1/3 of Israel's entire military budget and amounts to about $ 3 billion dollars.Three quarters of it is required to be spent buying the latest technology US weapons which are obviously free to Israel but not to the US taxpayer. Hence our gift frees up money so Israel can build illegal West Bank settlements. One quarter of our money is direct grants to Israel's arms industry. That creates Israeli jobs. We could obviously sell an additional $10 billion a year in arms to the Saudis but the US congress prevents that because of AIPAC. That would produce far more US jobs with no cost to the US taxpayer. The Israeli arms industry actually competes with America (Israel is the 8th largest arms exporter in the world). Israel sold its drone technology to China even though General Dynamics complained some its its technology was used in those drones. The US vetoes in the UN have prevented a worldwide economic embargo which would have crippled Israels economy. Our foreign policy has suffered as a result. You are an arrogant idiot.

However, as the arabs rejected it and attacked, Israel exists because of its strong self defense. UNGAR 181 became moot. The US recognized Israel only because of Truman.
