Does this, and other recent new forms of its behavior, signify that our great ally is morphing into something new? Personally I think America should contain the new ottomans and persians by allowing them to divide up arabia and try rule it for a while. Maybe that would let the Arabs understand that their religious-cultural decadence is a greater problem than western colonialism and that western influence is far more positive than ottoman and persian rule. If that recycling of their historic experience doesn't cure them then nothing will. Hopefully, it would make them understand that just as their former colony of spain is no longer theirs, nor is, or ever was, the Jewish Homeland theirs.
