It's coming to that anyways. The medical profession was a bunch of quacks 150 years ago anyways. They were not highly qualified people...who were bleeding patients and questioning whether bacteria and viruses existed.
Hire nurses aids and pay them a decent wage to help the nurses.
When you need something to drink......food.......to be taken to the bathroom......and other mundane tasks that are not especially difficult....then I would rather have (someone) that can perform the task to help me.

Do Israelis know how supply and demand work? Raise salaries, and people will be signing up to be nurses by the droves. Otherwise, prepare to start performing surgery on yourselves.
