It is not possible to form a 2-state solution anymore due to the vast settlements Israel has built over the years. The only solution left is a bi-national state for Arabs/Jews living in Israel/Palestine. Of course this means Israel won't be a "Jewish State" it will be an "Arab and Jewish State for all 3 major religions." Of course the Palestinian refugees will be permitted to return to their homeland and take part in this bi-national state.

Everything Palestinians do has the intention of making the area Muslim majority and Muslim ruled. Whether they speak of a 1 state or 2 state solution they always mean Muslim rule. Don't let yourself be fooled by the cheap talk.
