Well Vlad, not exactly. While Israel would like Jerusalem to be it's sovreign capitol, it is considered by the world powers to be an "International city". So the Israeli government can't just order her to leave. Too bad heh?

The UN really, truly needs to be dismantled and thrown into the garbage! It is indeed an organization in name only. The muslim/Arab nations have hijacked this organization and turned it into a den of liars, thieves & antisemites who are vehemently dedicated to destroying Israel! Enough is enough!
