Having just returned from Vietnam, I can testify we saw no overweight Vietnamese, and were quite amazed at the total absence of dairy products in their diet. A bit of condensed milk in coffee was all. Very energetic, trim and active people. We are not doing them any favors by introducing the dairy industry.
