You speak of Israeli racism, but I must point out some facts that challenge your assertions:An Israeli Arab became an acting president of the Jewish State; Israeli Arabs were speaker and assistant speaker of the Knesset; at least three were/are generals in the IDF; five have been ambassadors and Consuls; at least one Arab Israeli is a justice on the Israeli supreme court; many have been or are members of the Knesset; many Arab Israelis are members of police organizations and border security services; and they are teachers, college professors, physicians, lawyers ,judges, engineers, business owners, and so on.

would not give a penny to them. their leader has advised others that we not participate in talks with NATO. perhaps the average person "likes" us as we travel there and leave $$$ but the government/leaders really HATE us. Will spend more any place and not step in Turkey.

David, I have been to Israel many times. I have never seen such a shameful and disgusting behavior at the customs in any country. Also I have never seen any nation who hate some other nations that much from their hearts. The world is disgusted by Israeli racism, why do you think so? Do you think you can compensate this situation by pointing out the nationalistic and even racist procedures (which I agree by the way as a half Armenian person) from Turkey? Yes Turkey has many problems, but the country is improving. But Israel, on the contrary is becoming worse everyday. It would be interesting to discuss with you in NY where I travel every year.
36. Ahmet I lived 30 years In Turkey
David Israel ,   New York, USA   (04.25.12)
From 1950 to 1980 i lived in Izmir, Istanbul and militsry service in Ankara. And I can write a book about the disgusting things in Turkey. I will only remind you the 1955 September 7-7 incidents when Jews and all non Musls were attacked and being mocked by some of my Muslim friends for my name and being called pis yahudi. You will protest if I mention how the Kurt's are treated in Turkey but I saw it withy own eyes. As it always is - in Turkey as well as Israel - most people are good and peaceful. Unfortunately those who only see the bad and like to start physical confrontation give the entire nation a bad name. Ahmet. In Israel many good people stand against those who give Israel a bad name and they make achange. In Turkey - unfortunate - the good either migrate to other countries or they stay quiet making millions and it only gets worse.

Your characterization of customs as being "shameful disgusting behaviour" and "nationalistic and racist behaviour" ignores the disgusting, hateful and Jew-hatred of your brothers in faith's attempt to destroy the Jewish State over the past 64 years. It is no wonder that Turkish hatred of Armenians(note:their genocide in WW1) and hatred of Kurds make it impossible to become a member of the EU.
38. TURKEY TOURISM
DENNIS ,   NJ USA   (04.28.12)
Many Jews that I know had once considered Turkey as a vacation stop, on the way to Israel. No more. My son works for a firm doing business with Turkey. Whn he mentioned that he may be travelling there on business, I asked him to reconsider, telling him that its not a safe place for Jews. Thus far, he has avoided the trip.
39. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONIES THERE!
AMERICAN HINDU ,   USA   (05.06.12)
For goodness sake! Do not visit there even if it is very cheap, Better you have a more expensive holiday in Israel and support your own little nation! Be patriotic!
