1. Free Gaza ...
Joseph ,   London UK   (04.26.12)
I hope one day Gaza will also celebrate its freedom. Free Gaza . . . from Hamas!
2. It's pretty damn sad...
Devorah   (04.26.12)
when Ynet's first news of a rocket attack on Israel appears in the small print. All the celebrations betray those who came before us and built Israel from nothing. How would they react to our apathy?
3. "Israel stronger than ever"
Al   (04.26.12)
What BS...Israel is weak and getting weaker. Either you throw out the three stooges Barak Netanyahu and Gantz or you are cooked. Israel is bombed everyday and these three petz go around with nay a care in the world. Useless leadership is leading Israel to its death.
4. Have dogs rip Peres adn Barak into pieces
Keren   (04.26.12)
Get rid of the lying pussies if you want to survive...
5. Remove bibi, barak, gantz and peres
jason white ,   afula, israel   (04.26.12)
from office. Make sure they do not interfere in our politics anymore and they all should be held incommunicado. This gang of four have harmed Israel and her security. All of the I.D.F. should be cleansed of barak and gantz' cronies and stooges.
6. Sorry
John ,   Herzliya, Israel   (04.26.12)
Sorry but I have to be cynical... Why don't you use this opportunity for a nice fireworks tonight? It will add to celebration feelings. Happy birthday, Israel.
7. Rocket Exploded in Hof Ashkelon Region
ltrail ,   USA   (04.26.12)
It would be wishful thinking that hamas was also celebrating the Independence Day ceremonies of the State of Israel. But their rocket was randomly fired and hamas didn't care whether it killed or maimed man, woman, or child. That trait of hatred is one aspect of a terrorist; not a freedom fighter.
8. nobody got hurt
zach ,   cold lake   (04.26.12)
nobody got hurt, no serious damage was done, so why should people abandon their celebrations, because a piece of metal fell in someone's back yard?
