What he says would mean that if a woman's husband dies she is still considered married to him and could not ever remarry because she cannot divorce him, only he can divorce her and he's dead. The fact that this sick "necro law" was proposed by the muslim-brotherhood-dominated legislature in Egypt indicates that these extremists tend to modify their religion to fit their deviances. More importantly, if the muslim brotherhood can so easily modify their religious principles, which they claim to be sacred to them, how can we trust them to abide by any peace agreement?
