UAVS don't need an airfield to launch. Some of the small - medium sized ones can be launched via a catapult system so put your UAV & launch catapult in the back of a truck go set it all up in a field somewhere and leave and come back to reclaim it when it needs to be refueled. Even the really big ones you could probably get away with launching from a large field rather than a proper runway. They might not need dedicated airfields to launch from but as these UAVS Hezbollah have are not armed they make easy targets as they fly nice and slow and steady and have no way to defend themselves. Use the cannon on the F16 or a missile and its easy enough to shoot down something like that.
