1. Rule of law
israel israeli ,   tel aviv   (04.27.12)
In Israel the "rule of law" means the political opinion of a foreign funded Leftist. It was illegal to release convicted murderers, it was illegal to legitimize Arafat, it was illegal to ethnically cleanse Gush Katif, it was illegal to allow Arabs to steal public land, it was illegal to appoint the corrupt Olmert as PM, it was illegal to allow Aby Nathan to broadcast radio. Despite these, in these cases the Leftists had no problem with mocking the rule of law because it served their purpose. One day someone will explain why Jewish Israeli Leftists had a single purpose: the destruction of Israel and its replacement with a another racist apartheid regime.
2. The Law is an Ass
Bewildered Aussie   (04.27.12)
Black is black and white is white, but Israel says that it is equally OK to call black grey, and it is equally OK to call white grey. Not only does it do this with local laws, but also International laws, UN Resolutions, and of course, the 10 Commandments.
3. ridiculous there's an eviction before determining ownership
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (04.27.12)
The Supreme Court should've referred the case to a lower court which can hear evidence to determine who the owner is. This is the way the rule of law works in every country. Instead, the court made an ideological decision siding with the Arabs without any proof at all.
4. Forgery, Theft, Fraud, Illegitimacy, how the world sees Jews

5. the enemy within
A Very Heavy Stone ,   Florida   (04.27.12)
Since 1948 under a parade of failed secular Jewish leadership which have refused to take a firm unmovable stand Israel has now surrendered her self determination to others. Today the nation's servile Prime Minister serves the enemy Quartet Fourth Reich's agenda. instead of calling the 2 state final solution dead he is busy trying to put off for 3 months the removal of another Jewish neighborhood ,the Ulpana neighborhood in Beit El at the hands of a Jewish court who serve the agenda of Israel's enemies under the lie of ' rule of law'. This after the razing of Jewish homes in the dark of night in Migron and after Jews were forbidden to live in a home they purchased in Hebron by none other than Israel's own 'Attack Jews Minister Ehud Barak whose primary concern and service is to serve the agenda of those who seek to carve up Israel to oblivion as a gift to the Nazi's of the Arab,Islam clan.
6. who owns the land?
JEFF ,   MIAMI/JERUSALEM   (04.27.12)
the answer in my opinion is straight. for those with faith, YHVH is the legal landlord as He tells us in TANACH and Yah gave it to abraham and his seed forever. any arab who prtends to own this land is a fraud and any document issued by any illegal occupier is a fraud. any court who deems deeds written by thieves as legal is a fraud, and the huge majority of Israelis and americans knows Israel from the river to the sea is holyland promises made and kept by The Creator Himself

You conveniently disregard the ruling of the high court, or is this an insignificant institution for you .
8. Double Truth
Ariel Ben Yochanan ,   Kfar Tapuah, Efraim   (04.27.12)
B"H In the State of Israel there is the civil law. On the Land of Israel however, there is G-d's Torah Law. If you insist to pit them against one another, there will be a civil war to decide for good which law is stronger, that of the State or that of Hashem.
9. 'Private Palestinian Land'?
Yitzhak ,   TA   (04.27.12)
The state and the courts are ridiculing international law by using the word 'Palestinian' to refer to Arabs. Maybe we deserve to lose this land, since we obviously don't care enough about it to fight.
10. an ideologically-biased lawyer..
shimshon   (04.27.12)
..will surely set us straight.
11. ABOVE THE LAW
Sarah B , ,   U.S.A./Israel   (04.27.12)
It is a fight between a panel of 11 judges against rights dated 4000 years old. Secular law, agains divine law. Of leftists judges against those that want to preserve our culture and land. Choose your side.
12. NEVER WAS A PALESTINE
Bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (04.27.12)
THERE CAN NEVER BE ANY 'LEGAL' ISRAELI LAND OWNERSHIP BY 'PALS' DUE TO THE INVOLUNTARY EXPULSION OF JEWS VIA THE ROMANS. THE LAND IS A POSSESSION OF THE JEWS. The pals can so home.
13. 3 # 7. re: # 1
Bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (04.27.12)
There was a time in America when our US Supreme Court upheld the decisions that kept negroes from voting or owning land and women from voting. Later, blacks who did own land were allowed to vote, when that was rectified, women were allowed to vote. Our courts and laws are ever changing as we are the only nation to abolish slavery, a practice begun in Africa by African Chieftains selling their brothers to Arab traders. Our laws were first written in stone, that s what unifies both Israel and America. Laws are challenged by the 'average man', I know, we beat Microsoft.
14. # 11 Shouldn't we remember whose finger write the law twice?
Not so bad Assed Jew ,   United States   (04.27.12)
our G-d. If we made good decisions, we wouldn't be at war with ourselves. The land, the law, and our rebellion re: both. Sometimes, we don't get to make the decisions, they are made for us by both G-d and man... Guess who wins??
15. Private land?
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.27.12)
First of all, claiming that land is privately owned doesn't make it so, and claims are not a substitute for documented provenance regarding ownership. Secondly, Judea and Samaria are non-sovereign territories which were acquired by Israel in the course of fighting a defensive war against Jordan. Israel can build where it wants, particularly on unimproved and unused land (the land did not become desirable until Israel built beautiful Ulpana, with its lovely homes and parks). Then and only then did someone decide that they "owned" the land. Probably didn't realize that Israelis excel at turning barren dust traps into a paradise. Finally, two words: "eminent domain." Look it up.
16. # 30
Birdi ,   Israel   (04.28.12)
I want to see the written document stating who owns the land, I want to see proof of land ownership.
17. Stop being so bewildered.
Ralph Haglund ,   Sweden   (04.28.12)
Israel follows all UN resolutions under Chapter VII, meaning they are not just the opionion of the Islamic countries and sympathetizers like the majority under Chapter VI.. Israel has ONE internationally binding law on their neck: the decision in San Remo, still valid and taken over by UN. Read that!
18. Obviously.
Ralph Haglund ,   Sweden   (04.28.12)
Remember the last boss of the High Court? She said "all land that is not explicitly stamped as state land is automagically owned by arabs!" Knesset is voted there. the High Court is NOT voted, it is a long line of extremist left picking a new extremist left. Change the law so they are also voted democratically!
19. When Jordan illegally occupied the land
Ralph Haglund ,   Sweden   (04.28.12)
they illegally gave of that land to arabs and voila - they "own land", might even have a Jordanian paper about it! Of course Israel should once for all give all arabs in area C 3 months to show any kind of ownership, buy it if it is absolutely legal, and annul all the rest.
20. The post at No. 11 is not mine
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.28.12)
I emphasize, but I never shout. I think the not-so-wily imposter REALLY needs to find a hobby. Playing with himself or herself in a corner must get tiresome after a while .... Rather sad, I must say, to get one's jollies by pretending to be someone they are not. Perhaps mummy didn't hug them enough.
