If there was proof against Lieberman then he would have been prosecuted around 14 years ago.
Lieberman will most likely sign a plea bargain to finally settle the case and to enable the State of get off the hook.
The plea bargain will obviously not relate to moral turpitude or he'd refuse to sign it.
So he will remain a minister and run in the upcoming elections.
Guttman, who served in the National Fraud Unit for 21 years said the image of Lieberman portrayed in the press was very different from the man he had encountered in person. "The man is, in my opinion, the fastest-thinking suspect politician the police have had to face. He will come prepared".
"Lieberman does not hide behind his right to remain silent. He won't confess, either. He will give full answers and send police abroad looking for evidence," Guttman said. "He does not stutter, and he is not like Olmert, saying he doesn't remember this or that. He has all the facts in his head, and he does not refer to documents when answering questions".

2. Curiouser and curiouser
Anyone ever investigate Ehud Barak's first class travel and exhorbitant hotel bills in his numerous jaunts to Europe? Or, for that matter, Tzipi Livni's?
Seems to me that Israel needs a brand new Supreme Court. A serious one. A real one. What we have at the present meets neither requirement. Just a bunch of ass-kissing leftist toadies. The problem is not the ambassador; nor is it the foreign minister. The problem is the Court.

3. Persecution of Lieberman
The persecution of Lieberman has resurfaced again by the forces of Leftism that is being engineered by external forces trying to undermine Israel's government. These Pagan forces are unrelenting in undermining and destroying Israel. It is time Israel says NO to these destructive forces.
