This phenomenon is due to israels' surrender of its hard-fought-for land in return for a piece of paper ,Sinai ,Oslo etc which has only brought us contempt .Nobody respects those who act like losers or suckers. The best way to fight these Israel hating anti semites is to be openly pro Israel. When I was at university in London Israel was as now a topic you raise at your own risk. Instead of trying to hide away from the issue I wore a lapel badge of the Israel flag and in my room in halls of residence hanging in the window was a flag and everybody staying there knew exactly who it belonged to. I was in the UK last year and I was walking downOxford Street one day and there was a woman there who had set up a table full of anti Israel material and she was spewing all sorts of lies to people who were stopping to listen. I decided to challenge her we ended up arguing over everything from settlements to nuclear weapons because these people don't want to address the real issues because when you do that although Israel doesn't come out of it smelling of roses but it doesn't look like a monster & the arabs don't look like angels. When I was finished I politely said nice talking to you and walked off, I think that more than anything else probably got her fuming. She wanted me to start calling her names
