The Jews ought settle Judaea and Samaria but give the Arabs solace and livelihood also. All nonjews who the capacity to live in peace with their Jewish Neighbours and overrule tribalism and dhimmism even as a long truce ought to be allowed residency. But the Jews need control security.

rebecca ,   Modiin   (05.20.12)
they face many obstacles: paltry budgets, poor infrastructure, bad habits and life under Israel's thumb. - Thumbs are such an obstacle. Lord only knows why he gave them to humans. Maybe to help pick up rubbish in a pinching action?
4. nothing greener than a U.S $
A ,   Belgium   (05.20.12)
and thats the only green these "palestinians" are looking for.
5. Jerusalem isnt far from them
jerusalem   (05.21.12)
East Jerusalem are almost in the same situation. The israeli municipality/government should be ashamed of itself for allowing such activity to happen when residents pay their taxes and jurisdiction is with israel on these parts. The only difference, there is no paltry budget for us with such high rates. Boy, does israel have the life, very spend thrifty for an occupational force. Thank goodness the municipality decided to allow plastic and paper recycling containers recently, a positive development. Gosh, whats next?

8. why #7,
jerusalem   (05.22.12)
why lets go to the arabs in the jerusalem municipality and protest this shenanegans. Or, better yet, lets go to the Arab leadership in the kenesset and wage war!
9. About time, after they've been trashing the place for 100yrs
William ,   Israel   (05.22.12)
I always found it contradictory that "Palestinians" claim a love to the land but are the first to abuse the hell out of it. Just look at all the trash and abuse they gave to Jerusalem - a Jewish city they claim ownership of. If they do that to something they love, imagine how they treat things they disdain. Here is yet another opportunity to learn from Israel and cooperate for the good of both people. In the last paragraph - they want to live in dignity and peace. That usually comes with NOT killing another ethnic group based on racist replacement theories.
10. #5 - go blame the PA - they have autonomous rule
William ,   Israel   (05.22.12)
We went down the road of peace and got the Oslo Accords, giving the PA some autonomy in areas. They instead promoted violence, neglected the infrastructure, and pocketed the rest through its corrupt govt. The only thing Israel is obligated to do is keep the security peace and maintain basic mvoement of goods should the peace stay in tact. Yes - the city of Jerusalem should officially annex all of Eastern Jerusalem neighborhoods and provide it services. But I disagree all residents there pay their taxes. That's a lie and you know it. And it's also not entirely safe to go there. Perhaps you missed the Arab mob who attacked an ambulance last week. Not all Arabs there are violent but it seems all violent mobs there are Arabs.
11. Those poor Palestinians
Aaron ,   Singapore   (05.23.12)
The pro-pallies who think palestinians live in scarcity and hardship like those in Darfur must be surprised they have tons of rubbish to burn. What enlightenment!
