It was done eat-able mostly by force and violence, as of today. Look to countries in northern Africa where islamic hords burns and kills non-islamic people. Palestinians were arab people invading Israel since 1920-1930-1940. Palestinians are ARABS/Islamists and follower of islam. JEWS have never been profets to islam, even if islamic leaders say so in efforts to make the understanding of islam more eat-able for non muslims. Islam has NOTHING to do with jews OR christians, judaism or christianity. And to crack the egg even more, there are no evidence that Ismail EVER was in the region of Mekka/Medina or the area around, then, the link to ancient father of Israel would also not be true...
