1. This is something new
Ben Kooklehooken ,   USA   (05.22.12)
Has anyone seen the following before, "Iran has said its nuclear program is for civilian purposes." (End quote) One wonders how many times one is going to read this? And one wonders at times how educated the media really is. Like how many times does this have to be repeated and repeated?
2. What "Arab spring" ?
Shlomo Dan   (05.22.12)
What "Arab spring" ? All secular leaders replaced by Muslim Brotherhood & Al Queda fanatics. Its better Hadji Hussein Obama marries ugly Begum Catherine Ashton as his 2nd wife and settles down in Tehran as a little apprentice Ayatollah. His aim of establishing an Islamic Caliphate is clear now by toppling secular rulers like Mubarak and installing fundamentalists in their place.
3. Not Law Yet
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (05.22.12)
The US House has to agree with the Senate with no change at all or the process goes to committee. That the US Senate had a vote on something other than allowing a vote is the remarkable thing. Somebody must have really lobbied hard. Getting the US House to agree to the Rand Paul language will take lots of time and effort. He stopped the legislation in its tracks before. Does not like the idea of spending money on military action. Bombs, bullets and troops cost money.
4. The Arab spring ? It springs out
Nora Tel Aviv   (05.22.12)
All they mean is: "No" to democracy, "yes" to cihad.
5. Tougher sanctions
Albrecht Klein ,   Germany   (05.22.12)
Perhaps an embargo on pistachio exports? The Mullahs will be shaking in their shoes.
