1. Please note for the record ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.22.12)
.... that the Senate's rejection of Israel's application for the Visa Waiver Program had nothing to do with Jewish Israelis. The Senate expressed legitimate concerns about Arabs who may apply under the program, whose motives may be considerably murkier. To that end, access to the visa waiver program should be restricted to Israeli Jews. I concur with the United States Senate that the objectives of Israeli Arabs may be nefarious.
2. Hilarious.. now more and more young Israelis will end
Al   (05.22.12)
up peddling crap in the Malls of America, cruising the beaches of Malibu and walking about wild eyed in NEW YORK. At least they wont be going to the whore houses of Thailand the temples of India and the mountains of Peru.
3. Four More Years of Obama and Americans will be renting from

But it's Jewish Israelis whose visa applications are often refused. Apparently those who would accept them believe they'll overstay their visa. But those who have concrete plans for after the visit are often rejected.

I know that. I am merely suggesting that the visa waiver apply exclusively to Israeli Jews. That will make the U.S. Senate much more amenable to including Israel in the visa waiver program. It's the Arabs they don't want in the United States, and for good reason.
6. Israeli Visa's
Dan ,   Florida - Tel Aviv   (05.22.12)
When I see Israeli Arabs protesting Nakba this past May 15th I say to the USA only Israeli Jews should be exempt. The Arabs have no loyalty to Israel or anything else other than seeing the Jews pushed into the sea.
7. It's Never Going to Happen
Chanawashdc ,   Washington DC   (05.22.12)
One of the major parts of the Visa Waiver Program is that participant countries have to accord the same entry to U.S. citizens. Since Israel is never going to impliment that with regard to U.S. citizens of Palestinian or Arab origin, they will never be able to comply with the VWP requirements.
8. #1, #5 - Visa Waivers for JEWS ONLY??!!
Mike Carmel ,   Rishon le Zion   (05.22.12)
That is the most absurd suggestion I ever heard you come up with. You know that would be completely unworkable and totally unacceptable. ESTA isn't interested in people's religious affiliations, only the countries of their citizenship. Any proposal for a "Jews only" waiver would only give the Israel-haters credence to their claims.
9. Visa Waiver #8
Roman ,   IL   (05.22.12)
Thank you for putting some sanity here as Sara is almost choking on her anti-arab bone here... Jews only, Men only, and other "only" will not fly with US Congress or Senate as those institutions are trully based on democracy and equal handling principles, not on race, gender, religion...
10. futile discussion
David ,   USA   (05.22.12)
We all know that the Israeli/Jew hating Obama would veto it anyway.
11. To: No. 8
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.22.12)
Well, while it is true that not all Arabs or Moslems are terrorists, it is equally true that all terrorists in the Middle East are Arabs and/or Moslems. The Jewish population of Israel should not be made to suffer because Homeland Security and the United States Senate correctly perceive Israeli Arabs as a potential threat presenting a legitimate security concern.

Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (05.22.12)
What are you babbling about? There are men-only clubs, and women-only clubs; there are country clubs that deny people membership based on race and religion; and Georgetown University turned down federal grant money rather than allow a gay organization on its campus. What was that you were saying about democracy and equality?
13. Good!
Avi ,   NYC, US   (05.24.12)
More young Jewish Israelis after their military service will be able to come to America, and to leave forever the racist shtetl.
14. Only israelis who served in army should get free visa
Oren   (05.26.12)
Simple as that
