1. Great now more Israelis with the delusion of

making it in America not only will piss away their time and lives in sinking America but lots of money as well. PS America is bankrupt and going nowhere fast. Your future lies in Isreal, make it your country, secure it, cherish it and build it. If you are Jews, you would know that. if you not, well then get the hell out of Israel.
2. Re: #1 (Al)
Morris ,   Israel   (05.27.12)
What you wrote is absolute nonsense. If any country is "going bankrupt" and "sinking" it's THIS COUNTRY (Israel). Where can I start? The crime, the monopolies/tycoons, the corruption, the greed, the narcissism that is so imbued in the culture, the diminishing liberty and freedom? Take your pick. The US is starting to turn back around and is on the right track. At the end of the day, your hard work in the US rewards you with much more than your hard work in Israel and the opportunities are vast. Belive me, this is coming from a Zionist Jew that made aliyah from the US and is currently living in Israel, got married here to an Israeli and bought an apartment here and is here to stay regardless. With the good comes the bad and we can't be blinded and deluded by propaganda that this is a perfect place.
3. for years the US has invested in israel. now it's time ...
oferdesade ,   israel   (05.27.12)
... for us to return the favor. we must invest everything we can so that the american economy does not sink. we must let our american friends know that we cannot conceive of an american region without the US - our steadfast ally, a true bulwark in the face of all other bulwarks. invest in america and help save its corporations.

5. #2 you are delusional...America is not improving in the
Al   (05.27.12)
least. I live in Montreal, I deal with Americans each and everyday and they have been on economic lifesupport for almost 4 years with no end in site. Everything in terms of economy is weak and in general the economy is not turning around. The middle class is in simple terms, poor. You may have family in America who would like to have you come back home. Well if they can support you and your family then by all means go home. Interesting my two kids in Israel who have precious little save their desire to be there never ask me much interms of money etc. I guess it all has to do with ones sense of entitlement. Israel is your supposed home. Instead of whining and pissing all over yourself, do one of two things. Either try to change things or leave.
6. This is another Uncle Sam Scam to get your $$$
Tomer ,   Herzeliyya   (05.27.12)
America is a corrupted, bankrupt ghost of what it once was. Thats why so many Israelis are abandoning the sinking ship after being over there for years & returning home.
7. God bless America and to #5

I heard the same "America's going to hell" talk in the mid-70's, when the economy was just as bad as it is now. Figuring that people will always have to have a roof over their heads and going against all the good advice and dire predictions of friends and family, I spent every last dime I could scrounge together for down-payments on foreclosed properties. Guess what? All my rentals are now free and clear, the rents have quadrupled, I've sold some on which I hold the mortgages, and if I were 20 years younger, I'd beat a path to the banks sitting on foreclosures. Oh, back in '58, my hubby and I were dirt poor. Unlike the US born, I believed that "Land of Opportunity" stuff. We lived in 3 rooms in a basement, I washed and ironed nurses' uniforms, while hubby went to school on the GI bill. I, also, babysat, cleaned houses, cut grass, ran errands, and reared 2 kids of my own somewhere in between. Somehow, after the children had started school, I ended up as a department head for one of AIG's subsidiaries. Maybe Mr. Maurice (Hank) Greenberg didn't know or give a flip that I had never even finished highschool. I know I was worth his money and I'm happy to tell him that I loved my job at AIG, not only got my GED 2 years ago at age 72, but actually passed the entrance exam to a decent university. Except for the youngest granddaughter, who's 2. year pre-med on an academic scholarship, my grandkids are college graduates and gainfully employed. Most important of all, I don't have to thank my family for anything, because I was disowned for marrying a "poor Ami." Al, I don't know with which Americans you spend your time, but maybe you need to find a more optimistic bunch. As James Allen put it so succinctly, "As a man thinketh in his heart so he is." Gloom and doom thinking is not conducive to improve anything. There is something about us crazy Amis that most people don't understand, but don't throw us on the garbage heap just yet. Knowing us,we'd end up peddling something from there, even if it were only little packages of fertilizer aka s--t wrapped in colorful dead leaves for your potted plants......
