Cannot operate a network without a server, or mainframe. I'm sure that all of the malware is already deeply embedded in Iran's computer networks. They just trigger at different times and under different scenarios. There's more; much, much more. This is not something that was developed overnight. It took years and years to achieve.

Except you really have no way of knowing just how deeply and how badly Iran's computers are infected, do you? And it may surprise you just how many people in this world would like nothing more than to see Iranian missiles falling back in Iran.

Actually, from what I understand, the infected computers are actually in the PA and in Gaza, probably Lebanon as well. But please keep in mind that the entire STUXNET family is quite benign unless specifically triggered.
