What right did he have to originally only return some of the documents, if somebody robs a bank they have to return all the money if they are caught. He should be arrested and locked up for a very long time and the editors of Haaretz should also be punished because Blau's story would have never been printed unless the editor was happy with it. The State should determine all the direct and indirect financial costs of the compromised intel, including precutionary measures that had to be taken to protect the country, and assess them to HAARETZ and its parent company, including the costs associated with Blau failing to return all the stolen documents.
