correction. Israel DIDN"T recognize reform and conservative as official rabbis. They can't act as rabbis to preform weddings, conversion or any other jewish life events. The Jewish world recognises Rabbis Joseph Karo. the Rema, the Chofetz Chaim, Chazaon Ish, Yechezkel Abramsky, Moshe Feinstein and lehavdil Rav Yoseph Elyashiv as poskim or Halachic authorities. Which of these authorities would recognise the Conservative Rabbinical Assembly or its 'Halachic' rulings?

If they want to have a child they must get a female ovum donor, a female to lease her womb to carry the pregnancy, and even if both males donate, only one will be the biological father, the other will be a biological outsider. Neither mother will know the baby, who will never know its two mothers. Is this what their rabbis want?
